This piece of work was to support Basildon Council's bid to the Heritage Lottery Fund Parks for People programme.  The Wickford Memorial Park project had two strands: to restore the War Memorial and Garden of Remembrance and to open up and develop an underused are of the park to create a Heritage and Nature Trail.  The plan established a baseline  of current use of the Memorial and helped identify potential users.
