Deepdene Trail - HLF Activity Plan
2014 - 2015
Development of Activity Plan for successful £1million second round HLF bid for Mole Valley District Council to fund the repair and restoration of the Hope Estate in Dorking. The project included reinstatement of features in the once beautiful Italianate gardens including the Hope family mausoleum, a grotto and Embattled Tower. The plan included outdoor activities to support the Council's wellbeing agenda, ideas to connect the estate to Dorking City Centre, exploration of a virtual recreation of the estate with Bath University, plus volunteer development.
