Evaluation consultant for Leading Learning, a leadership development programme supporting leaders of culture (arts, heritage, sport) from local government. The scope of the work includes the quality and impact of the five strand of the programme (residential learning, action learning, mentoring and 360 degree feedback) and tracks the impact of the course on alumni. The impact work shows the ongoing legacy of the programme for participants.
